CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS
We strive to process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, this means we are often unable to make changes once an order has been placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@techynook.co.uk to check if adjustments can still be made.
DAMAGED ITEM
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, damages can occasionally occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include a photo clearly showing the damage along with your order number.
You are not required to return the damaged product. Our support team will gladly offer you a free replacement or a full refund via your original payment method.
Note: We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the product.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas Sales, we offer an extended 60-day return window. For purchases made during these events, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order for assistance with the return process.
For orders outside of these periods, please reach out to us within 30 days of receipt and we will guide you through our straightforward return process.
REFUNDS
To qualify for a refund on undamaged products, you must return the item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. A credit will be issued to your original payment method within 2-7 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We require the use of a trackable shipping service. Without tracking, we will not be able to process your refund.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot issue a full refund.
In such cases, we may attempt to update the shipping address to reroute the package to you, but you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs.
