While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that TechyNook is not responsible for customs duties, import charges, or delays caused by local customs authorities.


ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. During peak times, such as holiday sales, there may be slight delays in processing. Rest assured, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID and a link to monitor the status of your package. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update.


WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

In cases where a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.


RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our return policy. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged due to manufacturing issues.

If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt, including a photo of the damage and your order number. We will happily issue a replacement or full refund.


LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
